The Alberta Luge Association is excited to announce a unique opportunity for Luge enthusiasts regarding our upcoming Luge trial  Events, spanning three weeks of comprehensive training in the Icehouse, Snow Sliding, and Dry Land activates.

 

Sessions will consist of:

 

Icehouse Training: Immerse yourself in the intricacies of Luge technique with specialized Icehouse training sessions.

Snow Sliding: Experience the thrill of navigating the Luge on the snow refining your skills.

Dry Land Training: Complement your on-ice experience with tailored dry land exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall athletic performance.

Duration: 3 weeks

Session Dates/Times:

 

·         March 12th, Snow Sliding, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 14th, Icehouse, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 18th, Dry Land training, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 19th, Snow Sliding, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 20th, Dry land training, 5:30m-7:00pm

·         March 21st , Snow Sliding, 6:30pm-8:00pm

·         March 25th, Dry land training, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 27th, Dry land training, 5:30pm-7:00pm

·         March 28th, Snow Sliding, 6:30pm-8:00pm

Sessions may be rescheduled due to participation numbers and weather conditions.
